VICTORIFY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Victorify is a digital sports platform that connects participants, athletes, teams and sports-event organizers. By accessing or using Victorify, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Victorify
Victorify is a digital sports platform that connects participants, athletes, teams and sports-event organizers.
Victorify provides technology for:
- Event Hosting
- Event discovery
- Online registration
- Payment processing
- Ticket Confirmation
- Participant management
- Event communication
Victorify is a platform that connects players with sports event organizers. The organizer is responsible for conducting and managing their event. If Victorify organizes an event itself, it will be clearly mentioned on the event page.
2. Organizer Responsibility
Organizer is responsible for:
- Correct event information
- Venue and schedule
- Eligibility criteria
- Tournament rules
- Prizes, if applicable
- Event safety and arrangements
- Event cancellation/postponement
- Applicable refund policy
- Conducting the event
Organizer must not publish misleading or false information.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participant must provide accurate information during registration.
Before paying, participant should check:
Event date + Venue + Fee + Eligibility + Rules + Refund Policy
Participant must follow the organizer's event rules.
4. Event Information
Event information displayed on Victorify is provided by the organizer.
Victorify may review or moderate event information, but does not guarantee that every organizer-provided statement or event outcome is accurate.
5. Payment
Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment provider.
Payment confirmation is required before a registration is treated as successfully paid.
Victorify should not store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PIN, CVV or banking passwords.
6. Platform Fee
Currently: Victorify platform fee = ₹0
In the future, Victorify may charge a platform fee on successful paid registrations.
Any applicable fee should be displayed clearly before the applicable transaction/service is introduced.
7. Organizer Settlement
Where the applicable Razorpay/payment arrangement permits settlement to organizers:

The organizer's payable amount may be calculated after applicable:
- Victorify platform fee when applicable
- Payment-processing charges
- Refunds
- Chargebacks/reversals
- Applicable taxes
- Other permitted deductions
8. Refund & Cancellation
If an organizer cancels an event, eligible participants will receive a refund as per the event's refund policy. If an event is postponed, participants can follow the new date or request a refund as per the event policy.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method and may take a few working days.
Any applicable Victorify platform fee and payment charges will be payable by the organizer.
Participant cancellation/refund will follow the policy shown on the event page before payment.
Each paid event must clearly show its refund and cancellation policy before registration.
9. Ticket Confirmation
After successful registration, Victorify may generate a:
Registration confirmation Ticket
Ticket may be cancelled if payment is reversed/refunded or registration is found to be fraudulent.
10. Fraud & Misuse
Users must not:
- Create fake accounts
- Register using false information
- Manipulate tickets
- Make fraudulent payments
- Access another user's account
- Attempt to hack or disrupt Victorify
Victorify can suspend/remove such accounts or registrations and may take legal action.
11. User Data
Victorify may collect information necessary for:
- Account creation
- Event registration
- Payment verification
- Ticket generation
- Event management
- Customer support
- Security
- Legal compliance
Necessary participant information may be shared with the relevant event organizer for conducting the event.
Detailed data practices will be explained in Victorify's Privacy Policy.
12. Minors
Some sporting events may allow participants below 18 years.
For such events, the organizer must follow applicable requirements relating to minors and obtain required parent/guardian consent where applicable.
Victorify may request age/guardian information where necessary.
14. Intellectual Property
Victorify's:
Name + Logo + Website + Software + Design + Original Content
belong to Victorify or its respective rights holders and cannot be copied or commercially used without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
Victorify may use services such as:
- Razorpay
- Cloud hosting
- Cloudinary
- Email/SMS providers
- Analytics services
Their respective terms and policies may also apply.
16. Platform Availability
Victorify aims to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability because of:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Internet problems
- Payment gateway problems
- Third-party service failures
- Events beyond reasonable control
17. Victorify's Responsibility
Victorify provides the technology platform.
Victorify does not control:
- How an organizer conducts a tournament
- Venue conditions
- Player performance
- Tournament results
- Organizer's conduct
- Injuries during an event
- Organizer's failure to conduct an event
However, Victorify will handle its own platform/payment-related responsibilities according to applicable law and its stated policies.

Users can contact Victorify for:
- Payment problems
- Registration problems
- Account issues
- Privacy concerns
- Platform complaints
19. Changes to Terms
Victorify may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be available on the website with the updated date.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Disputes will be handled by the appropriate legal forum/court having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
